Join us for a FREE Family Self-Defense Class featuring Combat Hapkido, designed as a special Parent & Child training experience for families with children ages 12 and older.

Parents and middle or high school students will train together and learn practical, real-world self-defense skills in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment. No prior experience is required — beginners are welcome.

Participants will learn:

• Joint locks and control techniques
• Practical striking and escape skills
• Situational awareness
• Confidence under pressure
