Townley Hedricks

Coach Townley began his career as a wrestler; training, competing and coaching over the past 50 years. He spent 5 years wrestling at the Division I level and has continued to coach at all levels. His martial arts journey started in 1997 through the U.S. Army and its Modern Army Combative Program. With almost 30 years of martial arts experience, he has trained, taught, and competed since being introduced to the world of mixed martial Arts. Coach Townley was awarded his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Professor Matt Larsen in 2021 and continues to train and coach in both the jiu jitsu and wrestling arenas.

Bruce Parker

Bruce brings over 55 years of experience in martial arts and self-defense, both as a lifelong student and as a competitor and instructor. He began his journey in wrestling at a young age and ended as a Division II collegiate wrestler. He went on to serve in the U.S. Army for 30 years training Soldiers as an Infantryman. Throughout his career, he has trained, taught, and competed across a broad spectrum of systems, always with a passion for evolving in the art of self-defense. He is a third-degree black belt in Combat Hapkido under the tutelage of Grand Master Dan Dorton and earned his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the mentoring of Professor Townley Hedricks, a blackbelt under the Gracie Jiu Jitsu system. He is also a certified Level I Army Combative Instructor. Bruce is honored to continue learning along side dedicated practitioners in the Jiu Jitsu discipline and to bring his diverse background into every lesson.
